Location was particularly good, ideal hotel. New-fashioned stylish rooms with very comfortable beds as well as a modern bathroom, welcoming staff. Terrific customer care, parking nearby. Nice interior, nice restaurant...

Everyone who worked there was amazingly attentive. The room was comfortable and welcoming with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a TV available.

Spacious rooms, but service needs work

The room was spacious and offered a quiet retreat from the bustling city. Breakfast options were plentiful, with a variety of fresh choices that started each day right.

I encountered issues with the housekeeping, as basic amenities were not consistently replenished was nice. The reception staff varied in helpfulness, and I faced challenges with some requests.

Amazing location but the staff are an absolute trainwreck. I asked for a towel and it took an eternity, while my room was overlooked during housekeeping. Tried to ask if they had a complimentary welcome gift for me-obviously they didn't care. What a shame. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't deal with the negligence.

Room security raised concerns due to breaches!!! Noise disturbances from the outside environment and poor sound insulation made it hard to relax!!! The location can feel unsafe at night owing to questionable activities nearby!!!

The room was super clean, and I was actually surprised by the gummy bears waiting for me upon arrival. With a lovely sun terrace for morning yoga and a cozy lounge to chill in later, there were plenty of relaxation options. The shower could have had better water pressure, but that was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay 😊

The location is great, just a short walk to a café for a tasty breakfast and close to the metro station. The staff provided excellent help in the canteen, and the gummy bears waiting for me in the room were such a sweet touch. The hotel was clean and had a cozy atmosphere.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on which allowed for restful nights. The city view from my room was fine as it offered a glimpse of the vibrant surroundings. The staff were friendly was nice.

The service could have been more efficient, as I faced delays when requesting additional towels.
